Senior Programming Analysis: Must be well versed in developing Design specifications including Program Specifications, Impact analysis on existing code, structured coding, and conducts unit and system testing using comprehensive test scripts and test plans. Experience in developing new application systems and providing major enhancements to existing applications in the Healthcare environment is preferred. Must have participated in all phases of the software development life cycle and have worked on large size projects. Must 7have five or more years of overall experience in software development using the Object Oriented Methodology for Client Server and Web based environments. Must be proficient in using PowerBuilder (version 7.0 & above), Oracle version 8.0 & above, UNIX and AIX, Testing tools (WinRunner, TestDirector), version control system (Clear Case), Debugging and Optimization tools such as SQLStation, DBArtisan and developing complex Stored Procedures. Experienced in module level and system level integration testing and executing test cycles. Is able to function independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Must have excellent analytical abilities, including critical thinking and judgment skills and formulation of risk analysis.
Strong ability to think strategically. Strong dynamic planning skills, including ability to adjust plan based on changing needs.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team.
Must have excellent communication abilities, mature and professional demeanor.7
